What an Amazing experience at @palermo.pastateca.siciliana we had! From warm delicious pasta to warm yet fun hospitality in the most beautiful Sicilian themed restaurant in Cyprus Every little detail is inspired by the owners childhood growing up in near Palermo Sicily with his Grandmother The decor from wall tiles to table tops are imported from Italy, and even the sink in the toilet is his grandmothers traditional bread making bowl It doesn't stop there. The pasta ingredients are mainly imported from Italy & Sicily and use only the finest ingredients to make fresh pasta right infront of you daily There's 14 types of pasta dishes using spaghetti, tagliatelle, pappardelle and other traditional pasta types. Each flavor is uniquely different as I tried 4 types. The Spaghetti Al Bisque Di Gamberi had to be my favorite. The carbonara was also a favorite as no fresh cream is used. Made only with eggs yolks, pecorino romano cheese and pasta water, it was the tastiest carbonara I've had in Cyprus that wasn't heavy on the stomach or leaving me bloated @palermo.pastateca.siciliana has to be one if the few places in Limassol that I'm totally jealous we don't have in Nicosia You can find them on the delivery platforms, but I would strongly advise to drop in also and see the store and catch their vibe. Limassol get ready to fall in love with this New Ghost Kitchen PASTA place! @pasta.e.ravioli has recently open its door serving delicious homemade Pasta! Everything in this place is made with love from scratch and you can really see their passion in every dish they make. Tried four of their dishes, every dish was very yummy but these two below stole my heart⬇️ The Spaghetti Alfredo with Bacon Powder is a MUST try as this is a very unique pasta, loved the Bacon Powder in it, such a great addition, it really made the dish special and different from every pasta with bacon and cream you tried before. Another favorite was the Ravioli with Spinach & Ricotta….and boy what a Ravioli it was! Had a great amount of the flavorful Ricotta & Spinach filling and that creamy wine sauce was so tasty and it perfectly matched the Ravioli! I will definitely try more of the pasta dishes soon!
