🌮 Fire up the grill, open a cold beer and make these juicy mini steak tacos with a refreshing mango salsa that'll have your taste buds shouting "Olé!" 💃🥭 Ingredients (makes 6-8 small tacos) 1 Black Angus Flank Steak 1 tablespoon Epic Spice chimichurri seasoning 3 Delisun plain flour wraps 1/2 cup Ardo Mango Chunks 4 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 Alion avocado 1 small red onion 1 lime Fresh coriander Maldon salt and pepper Start by marinating the flank steak with the chimichurri seasoning, two tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of half a lime. Cover and put in the fridge for one hour to marinate. Chop the red onion, avocado, mango and coriander in small pieces, mix everything together and add two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to make the mango salsa. Take the flour wraps and cut them into small circles - approximately three out of each flour wrap. Take the steak out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature while pre-heating your grill or pan. Cook the steak to your liking and let it rest for 5 minutes while heating up the wraps. Cut the steak in small pieces and assemble your tacos by placing two pieces of steak on each wrap and topping with a generous tablespoon of the mango salsa. Enjoy!! #tacos #steak #recipe

Celebrate International Taco day 🌮 with the newly designed Taco menu from Chef @eliasaristotelous for @pralinacy These aren't your standard Tacos. These burst with fresh flavours made from the finest ingredients and with vibrant colors that are a feast for your eyes before your taste buds. On the menu are 2 Vegan 🌱 choices, the Vegan Quinoa Taco & the Beyond Mexican 🇲🇽. The latter was a favourite amougst my foodie friends that joined me that night. I didn't hear anything about this do I went with no preconceived expectations (love that feeling) and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Im willing a Mexican Stand-off 🔫in the centre of Ayia Napa if you disagree once you've tried. From starters to mains, each plate wowed us with the authentic vibrant colors and flavours. Meat just slided of the bbq ribs, the bacon wrapped prawns must be ordered every single time and the refreshing strawberry margaritas pitchers kept on coming one after the other.
