We tried the famous Ross’ Sandwich from Friends, a.k.a “The Moist Maker” and we give it a solid 7.5/ 10 although it will probably taste even better with some of Monica’s homemade gravy! 🤭 Are you a Friends fan, and would you give this sandwich a try?? To make it toast three slices of bread and add cranberry sauce, lettuce and roast turkey slices on the first one. They got dirty subs, chicken bombs and sandwiches on the menu. My personal favourite is the hot chicken burger with a generous piece of fillet in a super soft brioche bun. The 19cm Slammer (😱) is quite a mouthful for you hungry ones. But if size really matter then there's also the 26cm philly cheesesteak sandwich 😰 For sides they got wings, fries and a salad selection alongside 12 dips to choose from. 🍞🧀 This is the ham & cheese toast you didn't know you needed! Triple toast with béchamel sauce, extra cheesy with the perfect combination of Frico cheeses! Make sure to save this recipe because it will definitely become your favorite once you try it! Ingredients: • 2 slices of Frico Emmental • 2 slices of Frico Maasdam • 1/2 cup grated Frico Gouda • 2 ham slices • 3 white toast slices • Black pepper For the béchamel sauce: • 1 tbsp Frico butter • 1 tbsp flour • 1 cup milk • Salt • Pepper Instructions: Start by melting the butter in a pan. Add the flour and stir constantly until the flour paste has cooked for approximately two minutes. Add the milk and stir well to incorporate and dissolve any lumps. Add salt and pepper and cook on low heat until the sauce thickens (tip: you can make the béchamel sauce a day in advance and store it in the fridge). To assemble the toast, take one piece of bread and spread about two tablespoons of the bechamel sauce on top. Add one slice of Emmental, one slice of Maasdam and one slice of ham. Top with another piece of bread and repeat with two more tablespoons of béchamel, two slices of cheese and one slice of ham. Add the final slice on top, add two more tablespoons of béchamel and cover with the grated Gouda cheese and black pepper. Cook in the air-fryer for 10' at 180° or until the cheese on top is golden brown and the cheese slices inside have melted. If you don't have an air-fryer, bake in the oven until crispy! Love these viral recipe hacks, and this honey fried croissant with boiled Chicken slices from @snack_allantika felt like the perfect combo. Take 2 croissants, and flatten them with a rolling pin. Add some butter to a pan on medium heat. Place the croissant in the pan and cook. Drizzle some honey on top and flip. Drizzle some more honey on the other side and cook 1-2 minute on both sides and you’re done. Spread some fresh burrata cheese on one croissant, sprinkle some pepper, balsamic dressing and crushed pistachio nuts. Now add the main ingredient, those juicy chicken slices. Use 3 or 4 slices and fold them up in small triangular pieces. Top off with rocket leaves and close the sandwich with the other croissant. This is surely a recipe to try. The sweetness of the fried honey and buttery croissant, blend perfectly well with the refreshing burrata and tasty chicken slices. Why is this not available at every brunch place in town yet. 🫐🧀 This blueberry grilled cheese sandwich will satisfy some serious cravings! Save this for those days you are looking for something supper filling and incredibly delicious! You can make this using any of your favorite Frico cheeses but the ones we used work perfectly well for this recipe! Ingredients: 2 thick slices of sourdough bread 2 Frico Emmental slices 2 Frico Gouda slices 2 Frico Red Hot slices 1 tablespoon of Frico butter 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon of honey Rosemary Cook the blueberries with the sugar, water and lemon juice for a few minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Cut two thick slices of sourdough bread and butter on both sides. Add the blueberries on the bread and top with the cheese slices. Melt some more butter in a hot pan and cook the sandwich on both sides until crispy. Keep the heat low until the cheese has completely melted and the bread has become golden brown. A few minutes before turning off the heat, drizzle with honey and sprinkle some fresh rosemary on top. Right across from our hotel (not sure if it was coincidence or Anna's awesome skills at picking hotels) there seemed to always be a huge line of people waiting to buy the famous Bifanas do Alfonso. Ένα πιο υγιεινό ‘club sandwich’ με All Natural αλλαντικά Γρηγορίου, τέλειο για ένα γρήγορο σνακ ή για πάρτυ με φίλους! Υλικά (για ένα sandwich): 3 φέτες ψωμί του τοστ 2 φέτες βραστή γαλοπούλα All Natural Γρηγορίου 3 φέτες καπνιστή λούντζα All Natural Γρηγορίου 1 φέτα τυρί 2 κ.γ. μουστάρδα 2 μεγάλα φύλλα μαρούλι 2-3 φέτες ντομάτα Για το σως γιαουρτιού: 2 κ.σ. στραγγιστό γιαούρτι 2 κ.γ. μαγιονέζα light 2 κ.γ. χυμό λεμονιού 1/2 κ.γ. αλάτι 1/2 κ.γ. σκόνη σκόρδο Σε ένα τηγάνι ψήνουμε την καπνιστή λούντζα και από τις δύο μεριές μέχρι να ροδίσει. Φτιάχνουμε το σως γιαουρτιού ανακατεύοντας καλά όλα τα υλικά, ενώ παράλληλα ψήνουμε τις φέτες του ψωμιού. Για να συναρμολογήσουμε το σάντουιτς μας απλώνουμε μία περίπου κουταλιά από το σως γιαούρτι στη μία φέτα ψωμί και από πάνω τοποθετούμε μία φέτα μαρούλι και τις 3 φέτες λούντζα. Συνεχίζουμε με την δεύτερη φέτα ψωμί στην οποία αλείφουμε ακόμα μία κουταλιά από το σως γιαούρτι και την μουστάρδα. Συνεχίζουμε με την γαλοπούλα, το τυρί, τις φέτες ντομάτας και το υπόλοιπο μαρούλι. Τελειώνουμε με την τρίτη φέτα ψωμί στην οποία αλείφουμε το τελευταίο σως γιαουρτιού.
