The idea of a traditional brunch place in a village in the mountains is just amazing! To Mpakaliko tou Hapsi is a modern spin of a traditional coffee shop where they serve an “As Cypriot as it gets” breakfast, which we absolutely loved. 🍳 Unfortunately there is a but part, as we didn’t have the best experience with the service. Getting the order wrong and then having to wait for almost an hour to get a dish, without being properly informed of what was going on, was such a disappointment. 🤦🏼‍♀ We are positive though that you can do much better than this and we are rooting for you, as we really like your idea of promoting the Cypriot version of brunch. Another weekend brunch gone superb at @tokafetischrysanthis I always use to pass by To Kafe tis Chrysanthis but was always full, so on Sunday I said I'll just queue up till a table is ready. To my surprise they told us they have plenty seating upstairs. Did not expect to see this beautiful spacious area (swipe 👉🏻 to see) Now apart from the great vibe of @tokafetischrysanthis the food was top notch also as you can see from my photos. They have three different breakfast plates, I got the halloumi breakfast. The Halloumi was soooo squeaky but crisp at the same time 🤤 You can also get various other dishes like eggs benedict and salads. You can find this cute coffee shop next the Katholiki church in Limassol, always serving cookies and other vegan desserts fresh out of the oven! Colors café doesn't need an introduction, but we were still impressed with the new menu additions that we tried over the weekend: the Asian Prawn Salad, the Crab and Prawn Sandwich & the Salmon Stuffed Croissant. How's your brunch weekend going on? Mine started great @bastetartisan 🌸🌺 Brunch is all about the food and a whole lot more sometimes and Bastet offers a nice experience from the flowery decor, something you'll find in the streets of London, to the live DJ playing the greatest mix of music from today's and past hits. As for the food I really enjoyed my fluffy Anari & Cinnamon pancakes 🥞 and half of that pretty eggs benedict. This is how my weekend started @think30cy on a Friday night! Thisnis Stasikrtous street latest addition in a relaxed environment. The menu I tried was a special introduction tasting menu and have to admit that whatever I tried was exactly what you expect from a restaurant cafe located in Nicosias prime area. Will definitely go again soon to try the à la carte menu and have a the steak that I heard so many good comments about. Ohhh and I simply loved the cryptocurrency inspired cocktail menu.
