The new additions at @colorscafelimassol at the @fourseasonscyprus were exactly as expected….spectacular!
They have recently added more options to their menu making it even more interesting. I had the opportunity to try four of their new dishes which left me very impressed!
Personal favorites were the seabass carpaccio and Mediterranean salad, both quite addictive!
Can’t wait to go back and try some more of the new dishes!

You get to try amazing, high quality, fine teas by the French Dammann Frères! Six unique choices to choose from, my personal favorite was the Rooibos de Noel which had orange and ginger notes!
Perfect tea needs to be paired with the perfect treat and the Afternoon Tea Tower has everything to satisfy every palate from Finger Sandwiches and Scones to Tarts, Fruit Cakes, Chocolate Ganache and Swiss Roll! I cannot think of a more wonderful afternoon!

We tried the ChristmasTea with flavours of orange and pineapple and the Noel à Manhattan with notes of chestnut, maple syrup and cocoa!
The afternoon tea tower includes a selection of finger sandwiches, plain and raisin scones, fruit cake, swiss rolls, chocolate ganache and red fruit tarts!
