What a relaxing brunch experience @kikas_garden
Set in the dining area and gardens of Mrs Kika's house, and the great hospitality of her daughter, left us with smiles on our faces. They serve you a fixed menu that starts from various homemade breads and marmalades. The pumpkin bread is to die for! Fresh halloumi and Anari cheese complimented the breads & marmalades. We were also treated with some stuffed cheese flower blossoms. Finally the main dish arrives in a skillet pan. Eggs in tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs, decorated with slices of meat. Since we had a vegetarian in our group, a smaller skillet arrived for her replacing the meat with courgettes. Mrs Kika would pass by every so often throwing in some extras of what she was cooking for herself, sneaking it by her daughter 🙈🤫 Recommended! Booking required!

1 Χαλλούμι κομμένο σε φέτες
1/2 ποτήρι αλεύρι
1 αβγό
1 ποτήρι φρυγανιά panko
Αλευρώνουμε/καλύβουμε το χαλλούμι με το αλεύρι, το αβγό και την φρυγανιά και ψήνουμε στο air-fryer για περίπου 15’ στους 190 C, γυρίζοντας τα στα 8’ ή μέχρι να ροδίσει και να γίνει τραγανό εξωτερικά. Μπορείτε επίσης να τα ψήσετε στον φούρνο για περίπου 20’ στην ίδια θερμοκρασία.
Σερβίρετε με το αγαπημένο σας σώς και απολαύστε!

1 Halloumi cut into fries
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Coat the halloumi friend with the flour, egg and panko breadcrumbs and air-fry for approximately 15’ at 190C, turning halfway or until gold and crispy on the outside. You can also bake in the oven for around 20’ on the same temperature.
Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

We love discovering new spots, even when we’re back at home. Here’s our first discovery; an old Cypriot house converted into a cosy little taverna. This is the place to go for authentic home cooking Cypriot dishes. Their daily lunch specials include dishes my grandmother would make at home. We opted for a light vegetarian lunch, and ordered some of our favourite mezes such as grilled halloumi, tzatziki and of course Greek salad.

Been a bit quiet lately as I’m tanning it up in the beautiful country that is Cyprus! Of course, as well as the sun, it’s been two weeks full of eating. Этот ресторанчик любят за большие порции и свежие морепродукты в разных вариациях.
Что есть?
Как только мы зашли на столе сразу же оказался свежий хлеб и закуски для него: масло; чесночное масло; закуска из перца; и ещё закуска из Микса овощей.
Это вам подаётся пока вы думаете,что заказать и ждёте свой заказ 👆🏼
Мы на двоих Заказали мезе и сковородочку с креветками и мидиями в чесночном соусе 👆🏼
Мезе- это набор маленьких блюд, которые могут быть горячими/холодными/солеными или миллион других вариаций. 🥘 В наше мезе входило:
1. Сыр холуми свежий
2. И сыр в кляре;
3. осьминоги в кляре; 4.кальмары в кляре;
5. свежие овощи;
6. набор соусов к ним;
Сытно,не правда ли?
Но чтобы окончательно наесться мы взяли сковородочку с креветками,мидиями и картошкой на гарнир.
И это первый отзыв,где я не буду говорить частицу «но»! Вкусно, ребята!
