Now what a pleasant surprise @thetamediterranean was 😍 Located right next to the sea and a lighthouse, it's the most dreamy place I've been in Larnaca I've seen every single other influencer account visit this place, but no one seemed to catch the essence of this place which is the food. So just had to visit it for myself Saying that the vibe has been delivered through many posts on social media fantastically We decided to order various starters and mains to share as to try as many dishes possible The Hummous dip was definitely unique and something you won’t find anywhere else... Its a must We got 2 salads, the cherry tomatoes & strawberries and the homemade supermix salad. Would totally advise to try these We also got the spicy harrisa with avocado from the dip section. If not into spicy foods, you might want to try something else, but for us, we licked the plate clean with the bread as starter For cold dishes we got the Zucchini carpaccio with pistachio but since we got 2 salads we could’ve maybe skipped this and got a Ceviche instead. Nonetheless it was super tasty & refreshing For mains we got * Linguine with fresh fish tartare * Fried squid with spicy mayonnaise * Shrimps “saganaki” * Cuttlefish cooked in brown butter & miso All amazing but at this point I wanted to try the whole menu. The cuttlefish really stood out. Best dish I’ve had in ages Finally got all three desserts and I would suggest the same if you go * Ekmek * Lemon tart with pistachio and strawberry * Chocolate textures, salted caramel, vanilla ice cream and nuts You know I love anything with pistachio, but the Chocolate dessert won me over! 💯 a must Absolutely loved this place and highly recommended. The search for the biggest variety and tastiest Sushi Rolls and Peruvian cuisine in Larnaca is over. Already in my Top 3 Sushi places on the island @ma_nikkeicuisine won me over with the distinct flavours of each plate as we got to try one after the other! Apart from the unique signature rolls that simply blew us away, they serve various other Peruvian style appetizers and dishes like ceviche, scallops, gyozas, foie gras Their main menu consists of the juiciest Miso Black Cod, Duck, Beef teriyaki and alot more which we simply couldn’t order the whole menu @ma_nikkeicuisine is another restaurant that I can highly recommend without any doubt 💯 📍Located within @radissonbluhotellarnaca it's definitely a place for a great night out Thanks @gs.travel for insisting I try one of your favorite restaurants

Summer is almost here and we found an amazing place in Larnaca to enjoy a delicious lunch by the sea, while watching the planes go by right next to us! 🛬 We visited Re.buke Lounge Restaurant at Mackenzie beach for lunch last week to check out the seafood options from their new menu. 🍚 We love hearing about new places opening in Cyprus and we were very excited to try the new Poke Scuse in Larnaca! 🧡 You definitely can't find many poke shops in Cyprus so we were extra happy to discover this one! The poke was absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients and very filling bowls. 🌾 You can select from five different bases, including sushi rice, black or brown rice, basmati rice or salad and a lot of different toppings. Or you can pick one of the options on the menu. We went with one of each and both were equally delicious! Here's what we tried in case you want to get the same: 🌶️ Lava bowl: Sushi rice, tuna, salmon, pomegranate, red cabbage, carrots, green onion, orange tobiko, chili pepper, sesame seeds, Sriracha sauce. *this one's spicy but you can replace the Sriracha with spicy mayo if you want it a bit more mild and it will be equally delicious. 🥭 Make your own: Sushi rice, salmon, mango, wakame salad, avocado, green onion, crispy onions, sesame seeds, avocado sauce, spicy mayo sauce. #pokebowl #poke #larnacacyprus

Larnaca’s newest restaurant @seanatraloungebarrestaurant is another hit for this small town. Finally I have list o restaurants I can recommend for this beautiful seaside town. Seanatra happens to be amongst the top of that list. The chef behind the menu is X masterchef contestant @stavris__ He has carefully created a menu to suit the vibe of Seanatra & it’s location. These are just some of the dishes we tried * White Tarama * Sea Bass Tartare * Beef Carpaccio * Avocado Salad * Grilled Octopus * Prawn Risotto * Sea Bass Fricassee * Iberico Pork * Rack of Lamb - Desserts: * Strawberry Cheesecake * Deconstructed Galaktompoureko * Seanatra Semifreddo Chocolate Mousse Reflecting back on the experience now, I just realised that me & my foodie friends didn’t come to an agreement for the very first time. We didn’t agree on a favourite stand out dish or dessert. Usually we all say at the end of the night the standout dish and it’s usually unanimous. Not this time. That only means that everything was so unique and tasty, it truly was an unique experience to everyone’s food palette. As for me I would have to say maybe the Iberico Pork had to be my favorite but then again that prawn risotto was cooked to perfection. For dessert, if I choose a favorite I feel like I won’t be doing justice for the other 2. So I’ll just recommend, go with a group of friends so you can get all three! Service was fast and timed perfect between each plate. It’s something we never talk about when doing reviews. It’s a very important part of the dining experience. And with a full restaurant on a Thursday, congratulations to the Kitchen for pulling it off superbly. You could really feel the team effort at Seanatra, as Stavris also brought out his kitchen staff to meet us and praised them for their hard work and without them the experience wouldn’t be the same. We would also like to see that at more restaurants. If your looking for a fish restaurant in Larnaca, then @namare_sea_food_bar is a wonderful choice for the most fresh seafood choices We had the choice of meze or al a carte, but our friends said if we are nti that hungry, we should go with some individual dishes only as we did. Just going to get right down to the facts of when visiting fosh restaurants. The fried dishes were not smelling of oil, and the coating on both calamari and red mullet were crispy & tasty The garlic prawns had the most tasty homemade garlic mix I've tried in my life. We even kept it and I applied it on the octopus. As for the octopus itself, Im not a fan of it in general, but saying that this again was soft inside with a perfect char-grill on the outside. It was sooo good that I had a second piece. We also had a fish soufle with cheese. I haven't seen this dish in years! Loved it. Finally we got the boiled lobster, which also had traces of that garlic prawn stuffing inside The restaurant is located on the seafront at Piale Pasa road in larnaca. No glitz and glamour, just great food. L’ Entrecôte in Larnaca is the only place in Cyprus offering the French “Steak and Fries” concept, serving delicious steak cuts in a homemade butter sauce served with crispy fries, warm baguette and a side salad! Even if you don’t like steak you can also choose from a juicy chicken breast, a smokey burger or a more healthy salmon. Literally said Holy Cow with every dish I tried at @holycow.neocanteen Been getting DM's to try this place for a while now, with everything that was going on it just didn't happen. But everything happens for a reason and that reason was to finally come and try the new menu! Lets start by saying Holy cow is a stylish cozy place with in Larnaka with the most friendly staff. Just from the welcoming you know its gonna be a goodexperience. With an in house Chef and Pastry chef everything is prepared to perfection as I will explain furtherdown. The new menu had a variety of fish related dishes and being summer its only fitting. The yellowfin tuna tataki clearly shows that they use only premium ingredients. Things like the Seabass Ceviche tacos and Prawn Bao Buns, you could notice the crunchy taco tortillas and freshly steamed bao buns were all made In house and not that supermarket quality other places offer 😅 Then came the main dishes. The New Holy Combo for Two is a must! You choose any two burgers from the menu and you get 2 jumbo (literally jumbo) prawns grilled perfectly and flavoured to perfection! I cannot express enough that you must visit Holy cow for this platter. Thats how much I guarantee you'll love it. And if the prawns weren't enough, the burgers had to be one of the best I've tried in recent times. Do you deliver in Nicosia? 😭 Other dishes like the prawn katsu burger, the duck fillet and picanha steak again all so different between them and flavourful. Finally the desserts! All in house made from scratch. The Cardinalios with red fruit coulis had to be the best Cardinalio I've had on the Island! 💯 getting again! Then I was hit with the creamiest salted caramel cheesecake with peanut butter frosting 🤤🤤🤤 I think it will be my Birthday cake this August (23rd😉) Check their instagram for cakes because you can actually perorder any cake, and they do a wide range of custom cakes for various occasions. We had the opportunity to try a special six-course menu by multi-awarded consulting chef @michael_nourloglou and Theta's chef de cuisine @alelsandr_bekesevych and we were impressed with every single dish!
