Larnaca’s newest restaurant @seanatraloungebarrestaurant is another hit for this small town. Finally I have list o restaurants I can recommend for this beautiful seaside town. Seanatra happens to be amongst the top of that list. The chef behind the menu is X masterchef contestant @stavris__ He has carefully created a menu to suit the vibe of Seanatra & it’s location. These are just some of the dishes we tried * White Tarama * Sea Bass Tartare * Beef Carpaccio * Avocado Salad * Grilled Octopus * Prawn Risotto * Sea Bass Fricassee * Iberico Pork * Rack of Lamb - Desserts: * Strawberry Cheesecake * Deconstructed Galaktompoureko * Seanatra Semifreddo Chocolate Mousse Reflecting back on the experience now, I just realised that me & my foodie friends didn’t come to an agreement for the very first time. We didn’t agree on a favourite stand out dish or dessert. Usually we all say at the end of the night the standout dish and it’s usually unanimous. Not this time. That only means that everything was so unique and tasty, it truly was an unique experience to everyone’s food palette. As for me I would have to say maybe the Iberico Pork had to be my favorite but then again that prawn risotto was cooked to perfection. For dessert, if I choose a favorite I feel like I won’t be doing justice for the other 2. So I’ll just recommend, go with a group of friends so you can get all three! Service was fast and timed perfect between each plate. It’s something we never talk about when doing reviews. It’s a very important part of the dining experience. And with a full restaurant on a Thursday, congratulations to the Kitchen for pulling it off superbly. You could really feel the team effort at Seanatra, as Stavris also brought out his kitchen staff to meet us and praised them for their hard work and without them the experience wouldn’t be the same. We would also like to see that at more restaurants.
