What we really love about Minthis resort is that you are surrounded by nature and is a place you can truly unwind. We stayed in one of their spacious two-bedroom suites overlooking the golf course, and we spent the second day relaxing at one of the best spas we ever visited!
Our dinner at Amaracus restaurant, led by chef @dimitriskatrivesis, was definitely something to remember, with the highlight of our dinner being the short-rib orzo, the wagyu carpaccio and the oven-baked meatballs!
