Probably the most beautiful restaurant I’ve been to so far! @balthazar_athens is located in a stunning, unique neoclassical 1897 mansion with an impressive yard that make this place one of a kind! Our very well known Cypriot chef @peskias is the person behind each culinary creation! He created two separate menus - the Mediterranean and the Sushi menu! We started our dinner with an amazing Carpaccio sea bass, served with toasted bread and let me tell you the combination of both was divine! We also had the salad with strawberries and Gorgonzola dressing and some edamame - both were far from ordinary. For mains we had the Balthazar Sushi Combo which had tuna maki, smoked salmon roll, seabass nigiri, tuna & mango roll and rock shrimp roll which was absolutely delicious.
