When in Athens not eating at @birdmanathens would be a sin! This is one of the best places to be in the center of Athens! Birdman is a Japanese Pub & Grill place serving unique Japanese food and cocktails. We tried the super delicious Birdman tataki with ponzu and lime, Peperoncino Edamame (when you find better ones let me Know 🤣), juicy Reba chicken liver, Ghoan steam rice, Teba Chicken wings with pickles and jalapeno, Beef Sagari Onglet with vinaigrette celeri, Beef Bavette with spicy lime and of course their legendary Smash Beef Burger 🍔 It is without a doubt the best beef burger I’ve had so far, made by dry aged mix beef, cheddar, onions and birdman sauce, it was like butter melting in your mouth!
