🥞 Cheesecake Pancakes - with cheesecake cream, blueberries marmalade lemon curd, hazelnut chocolate and rhubarb compote - super fluffy and all the flavours were well balanced and gave you that perfect cheesecake taste - A MUST TRY!
🥓English Muffin Club - Toasted English muffin with smoked pork belly, fried egg, kimchi mayonnaise, smashed avocado, Asian sesame slaw and fresh tomato - the muffin was super however the smoked pork belly was very overpowering, we would have preferred if it was thinner and crispier.
🥑Epsilon - Poached Eggs, crispy quinoa, toast brown bread, avocado, ricotta cheese, tomatoes confit, smoked salmon and salad with quinoa, mushrooms and truffle oil - very tasty, a good choice for a healthier option.
