It’s not just a hotel, it is a market, cafe and Restaurant in the heart of Athens! I first walked into @ergonhouse in Skiathos in 2015 and dined in there for 6 days out of the 11 that I was on the Island. I also went twice to the one in Thessaloniki, of course I loved it as well! However, this was the first time visiting the one in Athens! What a great place! Amazing market, insane variety of high quality products to buy and of course a spectacular Restaurant to dine in! Started our dinner with delicious dolmadakia “kebab”, greek salad, best french fries and for mains we had the beef cheeks with crunchy trachana and goat cheese, the beef melts into your mouth like butter- check out slide 7!
