📍 Filini restaurant has recently opened its doors inside the Radisson Beach Resort in Larnaca, and is definitely one to keep an eye on!
The menu is created by the Michelin Star Chef @alextsiotinis and offers all the Italian specialties with a unique twist; we opted for some classic options like Pasta Carbonara and Prosciutto Pizza, and we were really impressed!
Don't miss out on trying the Caprese salad, which is different from the classic version, and comes with a crispy phyllo that pairs incredibly well with the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes and richness of the mozarella!
You can also choose from a number of signature or classic cocktails to acompany your meal 🥂

RICOTTA AL FORNO - Baked fresh ricotta with wild oregano and black cherry chutney
