Let’s make homemade Cheesy Nuggets with @fricocyprus
Number 1 selling childrens snack are nuggets. These Frico stuffed nuggets are the perfect alternative to.... Hmm hmm, You know what 🫢
As 6 nuggets are never enough, this recipe makes 7 palm sized nuggets
Ingredients:
For the nuggets
* @fricocyprus cheese slices of your choice
* 500gr fresh chicken breast
* 2tbs mayonnaise
* 1tsp salt
* 1 cup breadcrumbs
* Oil for frying
For the batter
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Mince the chicken in a food processor
The add the mayonnaise & salt and blend till smooth.
Fold your Frico slices into small squares.
Grab a small amount of chicken and flatten it. Place a piece of cheese in the centre, and then roll into a ball covering the cheese.
Make the batter but adding all ingredients in a bowl and blend till you get a smooth texture. Add extra water if needed.
Take your chicken nugget balls and dip into the batter. Then in a seperate bowl dip into the breadcrumbs.
Finally fry them on medium to high heat till golden brown. Usually need 6-7 minutes.

Cheesy buttery airfry sandwich with @fricocyprus
Hopping on the airfry trend and of course my first recipe had to be a crunchy cheesy sandwich with my favourite sliced Emmental Holland cheese & soft unsalted butter from @fricocyprus
Add some pesto, 5 min in the Airfryer and you got yourself the easiest crunchy but cheesy sandwich you've ever tasted! 🤤
