It has been recommended by many of you as soon as I stepped my foot in Sifnos! @omega3_sifnos is one of the chicest, gastronomic fish-bar restaurants on the Island, located at one of the most popular Sifnos beaches called Platys Gialos. Started our lunch with one of the most memorable Octopus dishes with black olive caramel and caper, the Amberjack tiradito with citrus olive oil, best Tarama, the steamed season greens with grated bottarga (so good), and one of the most interesting salads I’ve ever tried the Rocket salad with black truffle, fig, chloromanoura cheese cream and pistachio! From their warm dishes, we tried the Calamari cacio e pepe and the slow cooked Octopus stew with onions and spicy sausage. Both were delicious - the calamari instantly became my favorite! Finished our lunch with the very best, their creamy and refreshing levanta Panacota!
