Imagine having one of only 5 front-row seats with the chef preparing 15 Japanese dishes in front of you - this was our Omakase experience at Shinseina restaurant in Larnaca. The restaurant uses some of the finest ingredients, including high quality fish like bluefish tuna and premium wagyu meat. The rice they use for their nigiris is brought from Japan and served at room temperature to bring out its unique flavor - so you really shouldn’t dip your nigiri in soy sauce! We tried the intimate “Luxury Unfolded” experience, priced at €100/person (reservations mandatory). They also offer the “Shinseina Path” experience at €75/person with some alternative options, or if you are not into Omakase you can also enjoy sushi rolls, nigiri and other special dishes from their à la carte menu! #asianrestaurant #larnaca #cyprus #omakase

Not gonna lie, I’m low-key jealous of all these awesome spots in Larnaca! Over the weekend we visited @shinseina.com.cy which in Japanese terms means ‘Sacred’ and this place will forever be sacred in my heart & stomach 😋 It’s a relatively small spot, so please reserve for the Omakase experience, but they do have plenty of more seats for a al cart dining 🍽 Love the chefs vibes at Shinseina, happy faces which is what you want for such a dining experience 😁 Food was outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #takemeback
