New additions on the menu of @theshopkeeperandco and we couldn’t resist trying some of them! This place always finds a way to amaze us by the quality and unique flavors that you find in every dish that they make! Starting backwards this time with the new dessert! The one that took our attention! The “Shopkeeper’s waffles” which is probably the best waffles we have tried so far! Creating everything from scratch (like all of their dishes), their fluffy waffles are drizzled with a super delicious house sticky caramel, topped with chocolate crumble (and what a crumble it was!) and finished with mascarpone and blueberries! Take note as this is a MUST TRY dessert! As for the salmon lovers, the new ”Herb Waffle” has the perfect flavors! Soft and Herb waffle topped with salmon (has a slight lemony taste) that literally melts in your mouth, served with poached egg, avocado & wasabi cream cheese!
