Visited the well known @trattoriazaza with a mission to try one of the most famous dishes of Tuscan cuisine, the Bistecca alla Fiorentina! We ordered the 1kg to share, the meat was soft and very juicy. We also had the Risotto with asparagus and truffle which was absolutely delicious! If you don’t like bloody steaks have in mind that the medium cooked steak is very bloody, even the well done is bloody!
