Love the funky vibes and vibrant colors of @sushistar.cyprus Although they are new in Cyprus, the have been around for years in our neighbour country of Lebanon with 12 stores. So I got a 24 piece box and went for a selection of some fruity rolls with mango, strawberries and pineapple. Also added some classic rolls in the mix. One thing that you immediately notice is the freshness of the ingredients and the aroma when you unbox the sushi from the funky packaging. As for the food, it really stands out from other sushi places with its unique twist on flavours. What I really liked was that they do a thin layer of rice for the rolls, but substitute the size with larger pieces of fish and ingredients. It's sometimes a factor when i want to eat maki rolls because I try to avoid rice.... So know I know where to get a lighter version of my favourite cuisine.
