A brunch place that has 4 Generations of butchers and cured meat makers in it history, and where @mnasonas_philimonos has taken thr family business and given it a new twist!
@filimon_gefseis is a family business opened only on the weekends as they also run the family factory producing curd meats that they supply to restaurants and other businesses all around Cyprus.
Located in Politiko Village, it's just a short 20min drive from Nicosia and a drive that is totally worth it!
We made a reservation before we went, so it's advised you do also

It’s a family-owned business with butcher delicacies that’s been around for four generations. They produce their own cold cuts, and it was so special to see how much care they put into it.
Saturdays and Sundays are the only days they open for brunch, so it’s a perfect weekend getaway if you’re looking for something a little different. The food was honestly amazing, and we had such a great time. Definitely worth the visit! ❤️
