@elysianplantbased is the latest 🌱 Vegan spot in Nicosia, but first I'm showing you these delicious Caramel Pancakes 🥞 with homemade Caramel sauce and Bananas. For main (swipe 👉🏻) I had a Vegan Cyprus Loukaniko with Almond Feta! The spices were spot on, and the texture was so meat-like.
