Over the past 8 years, I’ve gained a lot, knowledge, experience, and yes… a few kilos too What started as a simple hobby slowly grew into something much bigger. Along the way, I’ve learned so much about the culinary world, through taste, through the restaurants themselves, and through the people behind them who constantly teach, inspire, and challenge me, and yes even through you guys, my followers who share their experiences with me too This year, I chose @ethimo_restaurant as a place to reflect on that journey. A restaurant that, much like my own path, has grown through hard work, consistency, and listening to feedback. Evolving into something truly special ✨ Here’s to 2026 bringing even more incredible restaurants to Cyprus. About last night at Nicosia's latest entry and hotspot at @ethimo_restaurant After weeks of seeing various stories on my social media, in a last minute decision with a group of friends, pulled some strings and managed to get an early 7:30 table at Ethimo! Place soon enough filled up by the time our appetizers started to arrive Its a simple menu, but all round great choices that everyone will definitely find something they would like. The main theme of the restaurant is Mediterranean cuisine, but saying that, don’t confuse it with other Mediterranean restaurants offering a mix of cuisines. Ethimo is Greek food at heart. Every dish had an element of greek flavors The must try dishes for me where the Tomatinia Salad! Yes a salad 🤯!!! The Mavros Xeiros, Wild Mushroom Manestra, Pitta stin Thraka and Trayana are instantly my favourites and will find it hard not to order again, but I do want to try more of the menu Final verdict : No it’s not the same as other restaurants, they have managed to pull of a menu that’s unique to them in a vibing environment with absolute great service! Food arrived in a timely manner and even though it was a full house - the waiting staff always checked in on us if everything was ok! #nicosia #cyprus #cypruseats #ethimorestaurant
