The name behind this dining evolution is none other than @petrosandrianou which is synonym to creativity & excellence The waterfront location of the port provides diners with a picturesque view like no other The menu is carefully crafted into 6 main categories : Crudo : a dish of raw fish or seafood, typically dressed with oil, citrus juice, and seasonings Sashimi : a Japanese dish of bite-sized pieces of raw fish eaten with soy sauce and wasabi paste Nigiri : a type of sushi consisting of a small ball of rice, smeared with wasabi paste and topped with raw fish or other seafood Hoso Maki Roll : Hosomaki are small sushi rolls made with only one filling Uramaki : Uramaki is a type of rolled sushi in which the rice is on the outside, rather than rolled up inside the nori Robata : a method of cooking, similar to barbecue, in which items of food are cooked at varying speeds over hot charcoal Also has a starters and platters category. Summer dinner dates with a view of the @ayianapamarina along with an amazing sushi dinner, cocktails and wine at @sushiyamacyprus! We went with some incredibly fresh sashimi, nigiri and makis along with some popcorn shrimp and a selection of the grilled skewers. The passion-fruit and zivania cocktail was among some of the best we tried, and the blue wine was sweet and refreshing!
