Sushi with friends at @sushiyamacyprus Located at one of my favourite new hotspots of the summer @ayianapamarina Sushi Yama is a traditional Japanese restaurant and serves the most fresh sushi, sashimi and warm Japanese dishes all inspired by real Japanese flavours and prepared by experienced sushi chefs. In the menu you'll find some signature sushi rolls, like shrimp tempura roll, rainbow roll and my favourite seared salmon roll with truffle mayo. Get the sushi for starters along with a salad and maybe a beef tataki if you like thinly sliced beef slices. The warm dishes are great for sharing, so strongly advised to get a popcorn shrimp (its spicy 🍤🌶) and the signature Nanban Chicken! To finish the night we got the traditional mochi ice-cream.
