They call it “Cuba Libre” sauce! A sweet and sour sauce made with gold rum, cola and lime! We had the pleasure of being invited to a VIP dinner @tgifridayscyprus and tried some of their new delicious Cuba Libre dishes! Below the description of what we had ⬇️
1-2: “Meat” the Trio - A char-grilled trio combo, with half-rack of baby back pork ribs, chicken thighs and pork chop. Served with crisp Cajun-battered onions rings and coleslaw.
3: Cuba Libre Wings - tossed in their new sauce, served with celery.
4: Ribs & Thighs due Combo - Ribs “meat” thighs, half-rack of baby back pork ribs and two chicken thighs. Served with crispy seasoned fries and coleslaw.
5: At @tgifridayscyprus there is always space for dessert - The double Chocolate Fudgy Brownie.

So we all love the classic Friday's Jack Daniel's sauce on everything, but the New Grillfriend menu has a new player in town, and thats the New Cuba Libre sauce. Its on Wings, Porkchops, Ribs and chicken. It has a tangy spicy, yet zesty lemon flavour, it's awesome. Seriously I would have it on my Oreo dessert also.... Ok, Maybe not 😝
