Η απόλυτη πασχαλινή συνταγή: φτιάχνουμε παραδοσιακές φλαούνες παρέα με τη @lidl_cyprus! ΖΥΜΗ 1kg αλεύρι χωριάτικο 200 γρ σιμιγδάλι ψιλό 1 κτ μαστίχα αλεσμένη 1 κτ μέχλεπι 25γρ baking powder 60γρ ζάχαρη 1 κτ αλάτι 240γρ βούτυρο ανάλατο 380ml φρέσκο χυμό πορτοκάλι 80 ml ελαιόλαδο 200 ml νερό 2 φλ.σουσάμι πλυμμένο ΓΕΜΙΣΗ (φουκός) 1.6kg τυρί φλαούνας 400 γρ χαλλούμι 1κτ μαστίχα 1κτ μέχλεπι 1κσ ζάχαρη 1κτ baking powder 80 γρ σιμιγδάλι ψιλό 250 γρ σταφίδες 1 φλ. φρέσκο δυόσμο 8 μεγάλα αυγά + 1 για επάλειψη Εκτέλεση 1.Αναμειγνύουμε το αλεύρι με το σιμιγδάλι, το baking powder, τη ζαχαρη, τη μαστίχα, το μέχλεπι και το αλάτι. 2. Προσθέτουμε το βούτυρο και ρυζιάζουμε 3. Ακολουθεί το ελαιόλαδο, ο χυμός πορτοκάλι και το νερό 4. Ζυμώνουμε καλά μέχρι να εχουμε μια μαλακή ζύμη. Αφήνουμε να ξεκουραστεί και να φουσκώσει (1 με 11/2 ώρα) 5. Ετοιμάζουμε τη γέμιση: Αναμειγνύουμε όλα τα υλικά της γέμισης, ανακατεύουμε και στο τέλος προσθέτουμε τα αυγά ελαφρώς κτυπημένα. Οταν η ζύμη μας είναι έτοιμη, ανοίγουμε στρογγυλό φύλλο των 150γρ , το βουτάμε στο σουσάμι γεμίζουμε με μπάλες ζύμης των 170γρ και κλείνουμε. 💙LIMASSOL THROWBACK💙 One of the last restaurants I managed to visit before the latest covid measures & lockdown. @proavlio_tavern has to be one of the most unique places to dine under the stars. Proavlio meaning Courtyard, got it's name cause its located infront on one of the oldest churches in Cyprus. The tavern offers up scaled Cypriot meze food. Featured photo is that of Ofto kleftiko! Its a must. Also had the awesome creamy Pastichio, alongside a generous mix grill dish of various meats. Had so many small side dish plates also, all unique in there own way.
