Sometimes all you need is a good pizza and an Aperol spritz, and at @theseablings_cy in Limassol you got both! We heard so many good things about this place and it definitely lives up to the hype - serving some of the most delicious pizza we tried in Cyprus. The spicy pepperoni one was out of this world, with fermented mango honey, spicy salami, pickled onion & homemade chili oil. The zesty mushroom one was also delicious, lighter with mushrooms, rosemary, garlic, lemon, ricotta, rucola and parmesan. The new hot spot in Limassol is definitely unique, @freddys_urbaneatery has recently open its doors mainly serving Frittas and Palerminas! With simplicity on their menu, an option to choose between 4 frittas and 9 Palerminas you can’t really go wrong with anything you choose as everything is well made using high quality and fresh ingredients. We tried two kinds of Frittas, the Indiano Chicken Curry and Lamb Mediterrano, both delicious! The second one stood out more as the lamb literally melts into your mouth and the addition of tahini sauce brought all the flavors together! Their Palerminas - very similar to Focaccia! We tried the Picante Pepperoni and Prosciutto Genovese, both were super but the Prosciutto might be a favorite! This summer's hottest new entry has to be @samo_limassol located within @splash.man_ fashion boutique in Limassol. The menu is I would say an Italian inspired cuisine but with a touch of the Splash families personal favourite elements. There's a whole concept behind this restaurant, from the inspiration of the name SAMO to the concept of food & fashion all in one.
