The menu by @athinagoraskostakos and the Oris team continues to impress with fresh, vibrant flavours and beautifully executed dishes. And if there’s one thing you have to order, it’s the lobster linguine 🦞🍝 - without a doubt our favourite. Fresh, full of flavour, and one of those dishes you’ll be thinking about long after you’ve finished it.

Say hello to @aya.cooks.cy , the newest addition to the Limassol food scene! ✨ They’ve only been open a few weeks, and we finally got to visit - here’s what we tried:
• Gallagher brioche bread with tahini & sjüg
• Roasted beetroot salad
• Hummus
• Charred cauliflower with tahini, pomegranate, pistachios & dried roses
• Za’atar Cyprus potatoes cooked two ways
• Chicken skewer with harissa BBQ & za’atar
• Hallah French toast with seasonal fruit & labneh cream
We were told after our visit (classic 😅) that the Black Angus beef short rib is one of their best dishes - so that’s definitely on our list for next time!
From what we tried, the cauliflower and salads were the stars of the show for us 💚✨
