Say hello to @aya.cooks.cy , the newest addition to the Limassol food scene! ✨ They’ve only been open a few weeks, and we finally got to visit - here’s what we tried: • Gallagher brioche bread with tahini & sjüg • Roasted beetroot salad • Hummus • Charred cauliflower with tahini, pomegranate, pistachios & dried roses • Za’atar Cyprus potatoes cooked two ways • Chicken skewer with harissa BBQ & za’atar • Hallah French toast with seasonal fruit & labneh cream We were told after our visit (classic 😅) that the Black Angus beef short rib is one of their best dishes - so that’s definitely on our list for next time!
