They have various international categories expanding from American style Pancakes, Belgium Waffles, Germany Hot Dog Crepes and Japanese Pancakes just to name a few.
Highly recommended as everything is done fresh in store, like the smoked salmon crepe. They actually smoke their own fresh salmon and add a generous amount in each portion as you can clearly see in my reel.
Now I have to revisit to try some more choices because we really had a hard time to choose from so many extreme and classic items.

Carousel is an all day fantasy getaway spot in Limassol serving you not the standard menu. All plates have a fairytale twist to them like these yummy super fluffy pancakes with peanut butter caramel meringue and fairy dust sprinkles (well I made up that last part)
I was pleasantly surprised with all the dishes I had and would recommend Carousel as the general feedback is that people really enjoy this place. Check the highlights section of their page to see a whole bunch of stories from customers. You'll be adding it on your bucket list for sure. Most of all, brunch is available daily 😍
They also have a patisserie section with custom made cakes and chocolates 🍰 so you can also visit for just a coffee and dessert
