What an Amazing experience at @palermo.pastateca.siciliana we had! From warm delicious pasta to warm yet fun hospitality in the most beautiful Sicilian themed restaurant in Cyprus Every little detail is inspired by the owners childhood growing up in near Palermo Sicily with his Grandmother The decor from wall tiles to table tops are imported from Italy, and even the sink in the toilet is his grandmothers traditional bread making bowl It doesn't stop there. The pasta ingredients are mainly imported from Italy & Sicily and use only the finest ingredients to make fresh pasta right infront of you daily There's 14 types of pasta dishes using spaghetti, tagliatelle, pappardelle and other traditional pasta types. Each flavor is uniquely different as I tried 4 types. The Spaghetti Al Bisque Di Gamberi had to be my favorite. The carbonara was also a favorite as no fresh cream is used. Made only with eggs yolks, pecorino romano cheese and pasta water, it was the tastiest carbonara I've had in Cyprus that wasn't heavy on the stomach or leaving me bloated @palermo.pastateca.siciliana has to be one if the few places in Limassol that I'm totally jealous we don't have in Nicosia You can find them on the delivery platforms, but I would strongly advise to drop in also and see the store and catch their vibe. It has beach beds & beach umbrellas you can book, and they provide towls als. They can serve you a beach menu while you sunbath and relax by Limassol’s best beach. The restaurant has a nice variety of fresh fish of the day but also steaks and pastas. The food is exceptional as you may have seen from the reel above Also tried some of the best cocktails. Plage Du Soleil sets the standerd for service.
