The Louvi salad by @bowlit.cy surely is a special one! Once again this place has managed to excite me with a “simple” salad! Black eyed peas, quinoa, red pepper, mango, kale, sweetcorn, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, charcoal croutons all dressed nicely in a light zesty lime sauce! Super summery, healthy and refreshing.
