Plates are well designed for sharing amongst friends. With soft music and dim lighting, it’s the perfect balance for a relaxing night out Below are some of the dishes we tried as seen in order of this reel * Ntakos Burrata * Beef Tartar Tacos * Stuffed Courgette Flowers * Crispy Squid * Prawn Gyoza * Baked Mushroom Ravioli * Octopus * Corvina “Spanakorizo” * Prawn Yiouvetsi * Sirloin Steak (Creekstone USDA 400gr) & Fries Dessert: * Apple / Anari (order this 🤤) * Lemon Baklava * Profiterole Prices at Sentio are well balanced, the 400gr steak & fries were valued at €42. Other dishes like Crispy Squid & Prawn Gyoza at €12 each that can easily be shared amongst 4 people. A generous amount of Prawn Yiouvetsi was at €16 and Salad was €13. SENTIO is Nicosia's newest entry by @andreas.yiangoullas and is definitely one for your list, with a Mediterranean inspired menu with Middle-Eastern and Asian influences and a sharing philosophy. On the menu you can find raw, hot and on-the-charcoal options, and we had a difficult time deciding what to try first! We went with the Crispy Squid with za'atar and wasabi ganache, which was crispy, tasty and well-seasoned, the prawn yiouvetsi which was light and delicious, the Charred Broccolini served with pickles and peanuts, and we ended our night with the Sirloin Steak served with truffle and goat cheese fries and pepper jus! The smash burger was added this xmas, but most of us just got the chance to try and instantly became a favourite! I added a fried egg for that extra flavour Another new addition are the Poke bowls. These are healthy salads that you may build on your own for a lighter lunch that you can enjoy at work, or simply getting that sumner bod into shape (I wouldn't know 🥲) Other food pictured are the Duck & Pork belly bao buns, the Asian Prawn roll & Hot dog! The final addition was the dessert "Take A Bao" that are nutella stuffed bao buns. Even if you are down town, just passby for a set of 3 while you stroll Stasikratous & Makariou street. I-scream is another favourite, 3 ice-cream flavours, Chocolate, Peanut and Lemon that can also be enjoyed after your meal or just to go!

Chinese #edesma night at home with delicious noodles and spring rolls in under 20 minutes - oven baked! One of our go-to recipes when we want a quick and delicious meal 😊 Stir Fry Noodles with Vegetables and Chicken (serves 2 people): -200 gr. Noodles -EDESMA Wok Mix or EDESMA China Mix Vegetables (we used both) -200 gr. boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces -1 tablespoon vegetable oil -4 tablespoons soy sauce -1 tablespoon sesame oil -1 tablespoon honey -50 gr. cashew nuts, chopped -Salt -Pepper Spring Rolls: -EDESMA Spring Rolls -Sweet Chili Sauce Preheat the oven and add the spring rolls to cook. Heat water in a large pot and add the noodles to boil. In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and honey and stir until everything is combined. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil and stir-fry the chicken thighs until cooked. Add the EDESMA vegetables and stir for a few more minutes until everything is fully cooked. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Pour the soy sauce mixture and stir until everything is combined. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle chopped cashews on top. FINALLY!! Got around to order from @hangryghostcy the ghost kitchen menu from chef @andrew_tzo Setup during the first quarantine, I didn't manage to order, so last night was my night. The speciality has to be the Rolls, I got everything that was available to order on the menu, and of course the 2 Bao Buns they have to offer also.
