SENTIO is Nicosia's newest entry by @andreas.yiangoullas and is definitely one for your list, with a Mediterranean inspired menu with Middle-Eastern and Asian influences and a sharing philosophy.
On the menu you can find raw, hot and on-the-charcoal options, and we had a difficult time deciding what to try first!
We went with the Crispy Squid with za'atar and wasabi ganache, which was crispy, tasty and well-seasoned, the prawn yiouvetsi which was light and delicious, the Charred Broccolini served with pickles and peanuts, and we ended our night with the Sirloin Steak served with truffle and goat cheese fries and pepper jus!
Unfortunately we were too full to get a dessert but we will be back for more food, some cocktails and the Apple & Anari dessert 🤤
