Chinese #edesma night at home with delicious noodles and spring rolls in under 20 minutes - oven baked! One of our go-to recipes when we want a quick and delicious meal 😊 Stir Fry Noodles with Vegetables and Chicken (serves 2 people): -200 gr. Noodles -EDESMA Wok Mix or EDESMA China Mix Vegetables (we used both) -200 gr. boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces -1 tablespoon vegetable oil -4 tablespoons soy sauce -1 tablespoon sesame oil -1 tablespoon honey -50 gr. cashew nuts, chopped -Salt -Pepper Spring Rolls: -EDESMA Spring Rolls -Sweet Chili Sauce Preheat the oven and add the spring rolls to cook. Heat water in a large pot and add the noodles to boil. In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and honey and stir until everything is combined. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil and stir-fry the chicken thighs until cooked. Add the EDESMA vegetables and stir for a few more minutes until everything is fully cooked. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Pour the soy sauce mixture and stir until everything is combined. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle chopped cashews on top.
