It was all about balance at @scale_restaurant ! With a menu made by the famous chef @athinagoraskostakos this place is definitely a winner. Each dish is carefully mastered and cooked to perfection making the whole experience a memorable one. We also enjoyed their superb cocktails in their fresh and modern ambiance. ⬇️Here’s what we tried:
1. Veal cheek Pastitsio - veal cheek cooked for 12 hours, served with truffle béchamel, Cyprus Ravioli and Beef sauce
2. Lamb chops - served with fresh tomato sauce, green olives, capers and mint
3. Crunchy squid - served with lemon oil - salsa verde
4. Sea-bass ceviche - with lemon, fennel and fresh cucumber
5. Rocket courgette salad - served with tahini dressing and crispy filo
6. Half baked chocolate cookie served with vanilla ice cream
7. Soft Brownie served with green pistachio creme and vanilla ice cream
