Now doubt @folio_rest is my favourite Sushi restaurant in the famagusta area during summertime. Located in beautiful Protaras, I'm sure every Cypriot holidayer should visit at least once this year.
And don't stop at sushi, because folio is much more. They do steaks also. Decided to have an old time classic, Steak Diane. The cook is spot an every time as its the 3rd time I've visited and ordered various steaks.
For starters we also got a prawn salad for sharing which goes well with the sushi we previously ordered.

It's known to be a steak house, but it's much more than that! That's why their slogan is
"Folio - Not just a Steak House"
I had some sushi to start off with, and it was soo fresh because there is a sushi bar in view of the seating area and prepared to order before your eyes.
For main had the Rack of Lamb which was cooked to perfection.
Also has a bite of burger cooked Medium Rare and was spot on to my liking.
Make sure you give it a try this summer, I know you're all gonna visit Protaras at least once this summer.. Or twice! 🙄
