Why make cinammon rolls, when it’s easier to make cinnamon roll cookies! The @arlacyprus cinammon flavoured cream cheese frosting is highly addictive 😋 Frosting INGREDIENTS * 1 cup cream cheese softened (226gr) * 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened (113gr) * 330gr powdered sugar * sachet vanilla * 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon Method :- Start by sifting the powdered sugar with the cinnamon & set it aside. - Now, cream the softened cream cheese and butter together in the bowl of an electric mixer, for about 2 minutes, until light and fluffy. - Add vanilla extract. Mix to combine. - Add powdered sugar/cinnamon mixture to the bowl and mix. Place in fridge Biscuit INGREDIENTS * 114g salted butter, slightly melted * 50g granulated sugar * 100g light brown sugar * 1 sachet vanilla * 1 large egg * 190g all-purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp baking powder Method :- - Beat the butter and sugars together for 1-2min and sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla
and egg; mix until combined. - Mix in the flour, baking soda, and baking powder until fully combined. Place in the
fridge for 20min to chill. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius - Make equal size dough balls. Roll between your hands and drop into the cinnamon sugar mixture. - Place cookies on the cookie sheet leaving about 2in between for them to spread. - Bake for 12min or until edges are golden - Once they cool down (20min in fridge) cover with a generous amount of frosting I prefer to add them in fridge and eat them cold! Trust me you won’t want them any other way! Save this post & Try it! AD #arla #arlacyprus #arlacreamcheese

If you want more glaze filling, then add more creamcheese, butter, milk and sugar accordingly. Once cake is cooked, and cooled down, slice in half. And a thin layer of cream cheese mixture and join the two pieces again. The rest of cream cheese use to dress & cover cake. You may save some cream cheese and with orange & green food dye, make little carrots for decoration. Put in fridge at least 1 hour to cool before serving. Or overnight we find is even better because it gets moist inside 😋 Enjoy!
