Nutella & Banana Roll-ups made easy 1. Trim the crusts from 6 slices of bread. Spread each slice with a thin layer of your desired filling, can be Nutella, white chocolate, or even cream cheese. Add your desired fruit, like banana or strawberries. Then roll them up! 2. Whisk together the 2 eggs and a dash of milk. Set aside. 3. In another small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons granulated sugar with 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Set aside. 4. Place 3 tablespoons of my favourite @lurpakcyprus unsalted butter in a large non-stick saute pan and let melt over medium heat. Dip one roll at a time in the egg mixture and place in the saute pan. Allow roll ups to saute for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crisp on the outside. Remove to a work surface and sprinkle each roll up generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. The smash burger was added this xmas, but most of us just got the chance to try and instantly became a favourite! I added a fried egg for that extra flavour Another new addition are the Poke bowls. These are healthy salads that you may build on your own for a lighter lunch that you can enjoy at work, or simply getting that sumner bod into shape (I wouldn't know 🥲) Other food pictured are the Duck & Pork belly bao buns, the Asian Prawn roll & Hot dog! The final addition was the dessert "Take A Bao" that are nutella stuffed bao buns. Even if you are down town, just passby for a set of 3 while you stroll Stasikratous & Makariou street. I-scream is another favourite, 3 ice-cream flavours, Chocolate, Peanut and Lemon that can also be enjoyed after your meal or just to go!

Located in beautiful Protaras, I'm sure every Cypriot holidayer should visit at least once this year. And don't stop at sushi, because folio is much more. They do steaks also. Decided to have an old time classic, Steak Diane. The cook is spot an every time as its the 3rd time I've visited and ordered various steaks. For starters we also got a prawn salad for sharing which goes well with the sushi we previously ordered. 🍪You asked for it so here are my Airfry chocolate chip cookies, and can’t believe how good they turned out for my first attempt. They were super soft buttery but firm altogether 🤤 Love the simplicity of the recipe with ingredients you most probably have in the kitchen, good for me though, @foodycy saved the day with fast delivery of those white chocolate chips that made the whole purpose worthwhile 🧡 Ingredients • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda • 1/8 teaspoon salt • 1/3 cup brown sugar • 100gr unsalted butter, softened at room temperature • 2 tablespoons white sugar • 1 egg yolk • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or anything you fancy. Don't worry if you haven't got all ingredients, just hope on to @foody and check the grocery section Directions 1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Line air fryer basket with cooking paper 2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl. 3. Combine brown sugar, butter, and white sugar in a separate bowl. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and whisk until well-combined. 4. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until dough is just combined; gently fold in chocolate chips. 5. Scoop dough by the spoonfuls and roll into balls; place onto the paper-lined air fryer basket, 2 inches apart and cook in batches. 6. Make sure you press them slightly flat to obtain an even cook throughout 7. Cook dough in the air fryer until cookies are just starting to get crispy, 5 to 6 minutes. 8. Transfer cookies to wire racks or a plate, and allow cookies to cool completely. 9. Repeat with remaining dough. Some tips I learnt along the way Freeze them overnight for better results and the more butter the softer they are. And try not to add too much chocolate chips, cause they will just melt inside and fall apart.
