📍Ex Machina in Athens captured by Plate Paparazzi 🍽️ We’ve finally tried the creative fusion kitchen of chef @adamkodovas , whose philosophy and use of fresh, ethically sourced Greek ingredients with Asian and Middle Eastern influences we truly admire. Their produce, seafood and spices are carefully chosen and clearly at the heart of what they do. We tried a few plates during our visit: the ideas were interesting and you can really taste the thought and quality behind the dishes, but nothing quite blew us away this time.
