Easy Recipe for Tiropittakia (mini cheese pies) with Fetta Cheese! • • • Ingredients: 120ml olive oil 200gr yogurt Pinch of salt 400gr self raising flour 200gr fetta cheese Some pepper Some fresh mint 1-2 tsp baking powder • • Directions 1. Preheat oven to 175°C 2. This type of pastry is a type of shortcrust. It’s easy to make, flaky and tender. For the dough, add the oil, the yogurt and salt and mix well with a whisk. Start adding self raising flour with 1-2 tsp baking powder, and mix well with your hands. 3. In a second bowl, crumble 200gr of feta cheese with a fork and add the fresh mint and some pepper. Take a piece of dough and roll it with a rolling pin or by pressing with your hands. Add 1 tbsp feta mixture and fold in half, securing the edges with a fork. Bake at 180°C for 20 min.
