High Protein Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta This is probably the best Alfredo sauce l’ve made so far using La Molisana High Protein pasta and my sauce really makes it creamy & delicious. Perfect recipe to make up for the extra holiday calories. Ingredients: 1 box La Molisana High Protein Fusilli (400gr) 2 cups high protein cottage cheese (400gr) 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (200g). 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (80g) 1/2 cup whole milk (120ml) 1 tbsp cornstarch (8g) 1/2 tsp garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper 400gr cooked sliced chicken breast *You can use pre-cooked chicken to make this an even faster recipe Some parsley for garnish Makes 4 servings - instructions as per video #proteinpasta #lamolisana

After 2 successful places in Nicosia with @rokoko.nic and @rokokoforno, it was a long time coming for it to expand to other cities also @rokoko.lca is located within the @larnakamunicipalmarket on the first floor right next to @afterbite_ which I reviewed previously and just below @cuckoorooftop bar which I visited last year! What an Amazing experience at @palermo.pastateca.siciliana we had! From warm delicious pasta to warm yet fun hospitality in the most beautiful Sicilian themed restaurant in Cyprus Every little detail is inspired by the owners childhood growing up in near Palermo Sicily with his Grandmother The decor from wall tiles to table tops are imported from Italy, and even the sink in the toilet is his grandmothers traditional bread making bowl It doesn't stop there. The pasta ingredients are mainly imported from Italy & Sicily and use only the finest ingredients to make fresh pasta right infront of you daily There's 14 types of pasta dishes using spaghetti, tagliatelle, pappardelle and other traditional pasta types. Each flavor is uniquely different as I tried 4 types. The Spaghetti Al Bisque Di Gamberi had to be my favorite. The carbonara was also a favorite as no fresh cream is used. Made only with eggs yolks, pecorino romano cheese and pasta water, it was the tastiest carbonara I've had in Cyprus that wasn't heavy on the stomach or leaving me bloated @palermo.pastateca.siciliana has to be one if the few places in Limassol that I'm totally jealous we don't have in Nicosia You can find them on the delivery platforms, but I would strongly advise to drop in also and see the store and catch their vibe.
