Delicious chicken tenders covered in a slightly spicy, thick Korean sauce! This is a recipe you'll definitely want to make. Ingredients: 1 packet of Maître Coq Chicken Tenders from @alphamegacy For the sauce: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 clove of garlic minced 3 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp gochujang sauce* 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp sesame oil Rice, cucumber slices, green onion and sesame seeds to serve * If you want to make the chicken less spicy you can add 1/2 tablespoon gochujang sauce, or if you can't find any you can replace it with sriracha or chili paste. Cook the chicken tenders according to the instructions, and while the are cooking proceed to prepare the sauce: start by heating the oil in a pan and add the garlic, cooking for a few minutes, add the ketchup, soy sauce, gochujang sauce, sesame oil and honey and stir everything together on low heat until the sauce thickens. As soon as the chicken tenders are ready, drizzle them with the sauce until fully covered. Serve with rice and top with cucumber slices, green onions and sesame seeds.
