I used hummus, beetroot hummus and tachinosalata, just 3 of many other choices like muhammara and herby tzatziki!
Recipe for meat :
Magoulitsa Hummus or other dips
300gr of serloin beef or Lamb
250 ml Pomegranate juice
100gr Pomegranate seeds
100gr Pine nuts
Salt & Pepper
Chilli flakes
Oil for cooking
1 Lemon or Lime
I packet Arabic pitta
Fresh basil
Preparation time 10min
Cooking time 10min or till pomegranate juice has reduced

My friday nights will never be the same! @furenbakery is a traditional Lebanese bakery in the heart of Nicosia and does some of the best baked goods we've had in town for a long time!
Apart from the awesome food I spoke about in the above reel, I have to mention that Furen really made an impression on how clean everything is. From their open kitchen to the outside seating area where we would see them constantly sanitizing not just the tables but the chairs also. Bravo Furen 👏🏻
Final note, the wraps are made with their special dough and can also choose from normal, multiseed and oat 😋

I accidentally didn't press record when having the liver at Maqam, which was my favorite dish, and I don't even like liver 🤯 I mean what is it with liver and the way Lebanese 🇱🇧 cook it!! Amazing 🙌🏻

It's a beautiful Lebanese restaurant located in the Kapparis area near Paralimni and Protaras.
Although we got some of the traditional dishes you would expect from a Lebanese restaurant, they do have a impressive alacart menu which I spotted some interesting dishes to try next time, like the king prawns, the stuffed pastry with lamb and clay pot pork 😋

@darbeirut.cy is the latest addition in Larnaca for Lebanese Cuisine
Its located on the coastal road of Dhekelia just before Golden Bay hotel. Love how the restaurant inside is spacious and tables have a good distance between each other making it feel open and not cluttered. The tables are also huge to accommodate the various food items you typically get at Lebanese restaurants, so again you dont feel cluttered on a small table. Have to mention that Dar beirut is perfectly air-conditioned, the cool atmosphere was evenly spread throughout the restaurant, something most restaurants struggle in the Cyprus heat
As for the menu, they have a large variety of Lebanese traditional and modern dishes. Of course you must get kebab, falafel, Lebanese meat Fatteh, tabouleh, and various dips like hummus and muhammara that are all made from scratch at the restaurant
Fun fact, Rony El Husseiny, the chef of the restaurant won a Guinness World Record for the largest serving of hummus and the largest bowl of tabbouleh, and is the most pleasant guy we’ve met in ages
From my reel you can clearly see the fresh ingredients from the vibrant colors of the food. I would recommend Dar Beirut for for families and large gatherings as to try abit of everything. They offer a special meze style menu on some days and open from noon till late
Final note, they also offer shisha so you can get the full arabian day & night experience
