Souvla to sushi.

Λιβανέζικη Σαλάτα με Γιαούρτι Ένα πεντανόστιμο συνοδευτικό που δεν πρέπει να λείπει από κανένα τραπέζι, ετοιμάζετε γρήγορα, εύκολα με πολύ απλά υλικά! ΥΛΙΚΑ: ▫️1kg στραγγιστό γιαούρτι Zita ▫️250 γρ. κιμά κοτόπουλου ▫️1 μεγάλη πίτα λιβανέζικη (αν θα χρησιμοποιήσετε μικρές θα χρειαστείτε 2-3) ▫️1/2 ποτήρι (κούπα) αμύγδαλα ▫️1 σκελίδα σκόρδο ▫️1 κ.γ πάπρικα ▫️1 κ.γ κάρυ ▫️1 κ.σ ελαιόλαδο ▫️αλάτι, πιπέρι 👉Για το γαρνίρισμα θα χρειαστείτε πάπρικα & λίγο φρέσκο μαϊντανό. ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ: 1. Ασπρίζουμε τα αμύγδαλα σε ζεστό νερό, τα ξεφλουδίζουμε και τα κόβουμε σε μικρά κομμάτια. 2. Τα τοποθετούμε σε ταψί μαζί με την πίτα μας και τα ψήνουμε στον φούρνο στους 150 βαθμούς ωσότου ροδίσουν. 3. Ετοιμάζετε τον κιμά: Τσιγαρίζετε μισή σκελίδα σκόρδο ψιλοκομμένο σε λίγο ελαιόλαδο. Ρίχνετε τον κιμά, αλάτι, πιπέρι, πάπρικα και κάρυ. Αφήστε τον κιμά να κρυώσει μέχρι να ετοιμάσετε το γιαούρτι. 4. Ετοιμάζετε το γιαούρτι: ψιλοκόβετε μισή σκελίδα σκόρδο, αλατίζετε και ανακατεύετε πολύ καλά. 5. Σε ένα γυάλινο σκεύος μετρίου μεγέθους τοποθετείτε την ψημένη πίτα την οποία σπάτε με το χέρι σας σε μικρά κομματάκια. 6. Αμέσως μετά, προσθέστε το γιαούρτι με ένα κουτάλι, καλύπτωντας την πίτα. 7. Από πάνω βάζετε τον κιμά, τα καβουρδισμένα αμύγδαλα, και γαρνίρετε με πάπρικα και λίγο ψιλοκομμένο μαϊντανό. 8. A new hot spot that will quickly become a favourite for lunch, dinner and delivery! @zeitwzeitoon is a lebanese-fusion restaurant in the heart of Limassol that caters for all tastebuds and we were delighted to have tried some of their amazing dishes! ⬇️Full description of each dish below: • 1. Lahmajun(on the menu as Lahmeh bi ajjine) - Amazing crust, cooked to perfection with super balanced seasoning on the mincemeat - we devoured the whole thing in no time (highly recommended-do not miss it) • 2. Spicy Chicken Wrap 🌯 - marinated chicken with spicy sauce, garlic mayo and pickles wrapped in homemade avocado wrap - a note for the non spicy lovers, this is not so spicy. • 3. Falafel 🧆 - cooked as they should be, crunchy on the outside and soft from the inside, very tasty, however we would prefer them to be a bit fluffier. • 4. Spicy Potato 🥔 - Crunchy potato cubes with garlic, lemon, coriander, home sauce and cumin - must say it’s been a long time since we’ve been so excited over potatoes! Super Delicious! Very addictive! • 5. Beef Philadelphia sandwich 🥪 - sliced beef meat with green pepper, mushroom cheese with their special sauce - rich taste, a generous amount of beef to satisfy every meat lover. • 6. Fattoush salad 🥗 - refreshing and was dressed with the right amount of sumac, lemon and oil needed. Hummus/beetroot/avocado dip - creamy and not very heavy, easy to eat! we enjoyed all three dips with most of the food we had. • 7-8. Knafeh🥧 - one of the best we have ever had!
