Who loves Lebanese Machalepi? 🙋🏻‍♂️ 🤍💚 Well this is the easiest dessert ever! #lebanese #mahalepi #🇱🇧 #🌸 • Ingredients for Cream 1 1/2 Ltrs milk 7 spoonful cornflour 4 spoons sugar 1/2 flat teaspoon mastic 1 flat teaspoon vanilla 500gr fresh cream Syrup 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 flat teaspoon vanilla Topping Crushed Pistachio • Execution In a big pot, add milk, cornflour and sugar and bring to boil. When mixture starts to bubble and thicken, add fresh cream, mastic and vanilla and stir and turn off heat. Ina separate pot, make the syrup topping. Add all ingredients and bring to boil. This makes about 1 normal sized pyrex. Preferably make a day before serving. Chill in refrigerator. Add crushed pistachios!
