High protein Chicken Fajitas 🌯 with homemade light coriander sauce 🌿 All you need is 350gr Mexican Chicken Fajitas from the fresh food section at @foodhaus.cy It’s pre marinated and all that’s needed is a quick fry in low fat oil For the dressing I made a refreshing Greek yogurt with coriander, garlic powder and salt! You need 100gr 2% fat Greek Yogurt, a handful of coriander, 1 tsp Garlic power and 1 tsp salt. Blend everything till smooth in a food processor, and that’s it! For the chicken I sprayed abit of fry-light spray on my pan, and cookfor 6-8 minutes mixing the chicken constantly. I always find the biggest piece of chicken and try it, once that is cooked, you know its done Then simply assemble your fajita and enjoy! The perfect party snack for all occasions. These Chimichurri Steak Tacos with affordable tender cuts from @alphamegacy are super easy to make and extra juicy With a 500gr cut I made approximately 10 tacos. Thinly slice into strips and cook for 3-4 minutes with just some salt & pepper Chimichurri Recipe Ingredients: - 1 cup fresh parsley - 2-3 cloves of garlic - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar - 1/2 cup olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. In a food processor, combine the parsley and peeled garlic, pulse until finely chopped. 2. Add the red wine vinegar, then pulse again. 3. While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until combined. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Allow the sauce to sit for a few minutes before using to let the flavors meld together I also made a avocado sauce but you may buy a ready made one from Alphamega at the Mexican food section where you’ll also find the corn Tacos Just add avocado dip, onion & steak strips in the taco and top off with chimichurri sauce and serve #Alphamega #FoodWeLove #SteakTacos
