🌮 Fire up the grill, open a cold beer and make these juicy mini steak tacos with a refreshing mango salsa that'll have your taste buds shouting "Olé!" 💃🥭
Ingredients (makes 6-8 small tacos)
1 Black Angus Flank Steak
1 tablespoon Epic Spice chimichurri seasoning
3 Delisun plain flour wraps
1/2 cup Ardo Mango Chunks
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Alion avocado
1 small red onion
1 lime
Fresh coriander
Maldon salt and pepper
Start by marinating the flank steak with the chimichurri seasoning, two tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of half a lime. Cover and put in the fridge for one hour to marinate. Chop the red onion, avocado, mango and coriander in small pieces, mix everything together and add two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to make the mango salsa. Take the flour wraps and cut them into small circles - approximately three out of each flour wrap. Take the steak out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature while pre-heating your grill or pan. Cook the steak to your liking and let it rest for 5 minutes while heating up the wraps. Cut the steak in small pieces and assemble your tacos by placing two pieces of steak on each wrap and topping with a generous tablespoon of the mango salsa. Enjoy!!
