From a small 1970s vintage horsebox food truck in Aradippou, Roussos pizza has now moved to a larger spot behind the Larnaca Agora, serving his familiar homemade Neapolitan-style pizzas! Their dough is fermented from 48 hours for a crispy texture and they have a lot of different pizza options to choose from. Our favorite remains the hot sausage pizza, now made with their own homemade sausage, while the creamy carbonara is also a great choice with salty pancetta and pasteurized egg yoke sauce! On the menu you can also find classic options like the margarita and new ones like the mortadella and pistachio or the tartufo pizza with truffle, and they now offer monthly special pizzas like ‘Loukaniko Krasato’ for this month that we definitely need to go back and try! On the menu you’ll find around 10 pizzas, including some Italian classics like the Margarita and the Diavola, and some more unique options like the Hot Sausage Pizza topped with hot honey and the Pizza Carbonara with pancetta, black pepper and an egg yolk sauce. 🍕🧀 Garlic bread pizza. The perfect way to combine two of our favorite things in one! Υλικά: 2 φέτες ψωμί τοστ 2 φέτες Frico Edam 2 φέτες Frico Gouda 4 κομμάτια pepperoni 4 κ.σ. σάλτσα ντομάτας 4-5 μικρά φύλλα βασιλικού 1 ψημένο* σκόρδο 2 κ.σ. βούτυρο Frico 1 κ.σ. ψιλοκομμένο βασιλικό *Για να ετοιμάσετε το σκόρδο, κόψτε ένα κομμάτι από το πάνω μέρος ώστε να φαίνονται οι σκελίδες και περιχύστε με λίγο ελαιόλαδο. Τυλίξτε με αλουμινόχαρτο και ψήστε στον φούρνο ή στο air-fryer στους 190°C για περίπου 30’ ή μέχρι να μαλακώσει το σκόρδο. Αφήστε το να κρυώσει και πιέστε μέχρι να βγουν οι σκελίδες. Ανακατέψτε το βούτυρο μαζί με το σκόρδο, τον μαϊντανό και λίγο αλάτι. Αλείψτε με βούτυρο την κάθε φέτα ψωμί και βάλτε από πάνω τη σάλτσα ντομάτας, το τυρί και το pepperoni. Ψήστε στον φούρνο στους 180°C για 10’ μέχρι να λιώσει το τυρί και σερβίρετε με τα φύλλα βασιλικού! Ingredients: 2 toast slices 2 Frico Edam slices 2 Frico Gouda slices 4 pepperoni pieces 4 tbsp tomato sauce 4-5 small basil leaves 1 roasted* garlic clove 2 tablespoons Frico butter 1 tablespoon chopped parsley *To prepare the roasted garlic, cut the top off a garlic head, drizzle with some olive oil and wrap in foil. Roast in the oven or in the air fryer at 190°C for approximately 30’ or until the garlic is soft and golden brown. Once cooled down press the garlic so the cloves pop out. Mix the softened butter with the roasted garlic cloves, parsley and a pinch of salt and mix well. Spread a generous amount of butter on each slice of bread, followed by two tablespoons of tomato sauce, the cheese slices and pepperoni. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10’ until the cheese has melted, add a couple of basil leaves on each slice and enjoy! #garlicbreadpizza #toastpizza #pizzarecipe #pizza #recipes

Μπορείτε να βρείτε όλα όσα χρειάζεστε γι’ αυτή τη συνταγή από το @foodhaus.cy Χρόνος Προετοιμασίας: 15’ Χρόνος Ψησίματος: 25’ Υλικά (για 2 άτομα): • 1 Ribeye Steak • 1 πακέτο Alfa Φύλλο Ζύμης για πίτσα • 10-15 ντοματίνια • 2 μπάλες μοτσαρέλα • 2 κουταλάκια Chimichurri Epic seasoning • 1 κουταλιά Lurpak αλατισμένο βούτυρο με σκόρδο Chimichurri sauce: • 1/2 ποτήρι Ardo μαιντανό • 1/2 ποτήρι Ardo shallots • 2 κουταλάκια Ardo σκόρδο • 1 κουταλάκι Ardo τσίλι (προαιρετικά) • 2 κουταλιές μηλόξυδο • 4 κουταλιές ελαιόλαδο • Αλάτι και πιπέρι Ξεκινήστε ανακατεύοντας όλα τα υλικά της σάλτσας chimichurri. Ανοίξτε τα φύλλα της ζύμης πίτσας και απλώστε μερικές κουταλιές από τη σάλτσα chimichurri πάνω σε κάθε φύλλο. Προσθέστε μια μπάλα μοτσαρέλα σε κομμάτια σε κάθε φύλλο και μερικά ντοματίνια κομμένα στη μέση. Ψήστε την πίτσα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και όσο ψήνεται ξεκινήστε να ετοιμάζετε το steak. Απλώστε το chimichurri seasoning στο κρέας και ψήστε σε ένα τηγάνι. Μόλις ψηθεί η πίτσα, κόψτε το steak σε λωρίδες και τοποθετήστε το πάνω από την πίτσα. Nicosia's latest addition means you can now enjoy an authentic Italian Schiaccata in Cyprus - an Italian flatbread from Tuscany, similar to a focaccia but much more thin and chewy! Since it was our first time visiting we tried one Schiaccata sandwich and one pizza and they were both delicious! The bread was super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the fillings were amazing.
